AnalogDiscovery.com is Live!

Those of you familiar with our blog know that recently there has been a lot of talk about the Analog Discovery 2. Well that happens to be because there is a lot to talk about. The Analog Discovery 2 is a USB device that can replace a whole slew of benchtop instruments. With a quick download and install of WaveForms 2015 you have access to an oscilloscope, waveform generator, power supplies, data logger, logic analyzer, pattern generator, static I/O, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer and script editor. With so much to talk about we decided that it deserves it’s own site, and with that I’m excited to announce that analogdiscovery.com is live!

Analogdiscovery.com features everything a new user might need to get to know the Analog Discovery 2. The front page features the Analog Discovery 2 in its natural habitat, a busy workstation. It also contains a menu bar across the top that links to four important pages: Buy, Download, Quick Start, and Support. We’ll go through each of those later.

The first glimpse of AnalogDiscovery.com. You can see the Analog Discovery 2 taking a break from working on a digital projects, to debug an analog circuit.

One scroll down on the page reveals a hardware walk around. Here you can expand text bubbles to see what features the Analog Discovery 2 contains.

Each of the plus signs opens a text box with information about the Analog Discovery 2. The bubble that's currently clicked gives more information on the ADC's from Analog Devices.

Another scroll down reveals the software walkaround. You can of course download WaveForms 2015 for free to try it out. But now you can use the software walk around to see each of the tools on the Analog Discovery 2. Click on each button and a video will start of someone “clicking around” in WaveForms 2015.

The last scroll down on the main page reveals a sneak peak at WaveForms 2015. If you don't want to download and install WaveForms 2015 you can still get to know it. Click on the name of each tool to see the features in action.
