Digilent Customer Survey 2017

Over the past couple of years, you may have noticed Digilent making a lot of changes to improve our customer experience. We take our customer feedback seriously and always are looking for improvements. So, this year, we wanted to try something new and roll out our first official Customer Survey!

The survey is broken down into 3 sections.

The first, Demographics, will help us better understand who you are, if we need to add countries and cities of distribution and if we need to make new customer groups on our website (today we have Researchers, Academics and Students).

The second, Brand Awareness, will help us understand places that we may need to participate in (trade shows, conferences, places we may need to be advertising, new companies we should seek partnerships with, etc.)

The last is where you can impact the most, Buying Experience.¬†It’s here that we learn what products you like, where we need to improve, how you are buying and if you have any suggestions for us.

After you fill in the survey, you will get a THANK YOU coupon message, which gives you 10% off your order!

We are planning on making some changes in the next few years and need to hear from you! Let us know what you think!
