If you have been keeping up with our blog, you know that we are currently working on starting our MakerSpace and opening it up to the public. So far we have mainly been working on the content part of the MakerSpace by holding the networking class and most recently the first installment in the 3D printing class.
We have now started working on the physical space as well as content! A few weeks ago, I found this instructable on making tables out of PVC pipes and a hollow door.
The original design has the center support on the back side of table to make it a desk. We spent the last few days putting them together for our MakerSpace. We were even able to use the 3D printer after Marshall designed a part that we needed. I slightly adjusted the original design to make it more usable for a MakerSpace rather than a desk.
