Xilinx University Program (XUP), our technology and academic partner, will be holding two workshops at International Conference on Field-Programmable Logic and Applications (FPL 2015) at Imperial College London from September 2-4. In the workshops (some of which are schedule before the conference), attendees will use the latest Xilinx technology to do hardware or system design more easily and conveniently. Each participant will use the ZYBO (powered by Zynq-7000 architecture) to implement the design.
In addition, XUP will showcase the new Nexys Video and the upcoming Genesys 2 in the conference exhibition.
Date: Monday, August 31
During the hands-on labs, professor who attend will get the opportunity to try out the Vivado design flow for Zynq, including the creation of programmable logic accelerators using high-level synthesis (HLS).
Date: Tuesday, September 1
The workshop will provide the opportunity to use the new SDSoC design methodology.
I am excited to participate in these workshops and see what’s new in the semiconductor industry!
